PRINCe2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner

PRINCE2® Agile is the latest addition to the PRINCE2® training and certification scheme. PRINCE2® Agile training helps practicing PRINCE2® project management professionals tailor their approach to project management with the addition of Agile tools, techniques and methods.

Our five-day PRINCE2® Agile Foundation & Practitioner training course will teach you how PRINCE2® Agile merges flexibility with pragmatism and enables you to scale flexible delivery with appropriate control and good governance.


After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Configure and tune PRINCE2® to work effectively with agile delivery.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of agile working practices.
  • Utilise Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup for product delivery within a PRINCE2® project.

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation:

  • There are no prerequisites for taking the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation certification, however knowledge of either project management or Agile delivery will help.

PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner:

In order to sit the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination you must provide proof of having passed one of the following:

  • PRINCE2® Foundation
  • PRINCE2® Practitioner
  • Project Management Professional® (PMP)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM)
  • IMPA Levels A, B, C, and D® (Certified Projects Director)
  • Aspiring or current project managers or project team members wanting to learn to blend the structure, governance, and controls
  • of PRINCE2® with agile methods, techniques, and approaches,
  • Anyone working within an agile project environment, whether they are a project manager, project support or part of the wider
